Overview
The Task Planner provides a dedicated way to manage the work required to deliver outcomes within an initiative. Tasks connect day-to-day execution directly to strategic delivery by linking work items to outcomes and initiatives.
Tasks are always created within an Outcome, following the hierarchy:
Initiative → Outcome → Task
The Task Planner enables users to:
Break down outcomes into actionable work items
Assign ownership and track progress
Visualise delivery timelines using a Gantt chart
Manage all tasks across an initiative in a single view
