Value Contributions

What are Value Contributions?

Initiatives and Outcomes are connected to strategy through value contributions. A value contribution is the measurable benefit the initiative/outcome is forecasted to deliver. As such, value contributions are expressed in Measures (Revenue, Cost, Users, NPS Score etc.). These measures are configured centrally in the OKRs tab on the Configuration page and used across the portfolio.

A initiative or outcome's contribution can be connected to a Key Result. When connected, the value contribution is tracked as contributing to this part of the strategy.

These fields are available on all initiative and outcome contributions entered in Kiplot.
